I have talked about Circaroma before, but never ever I have tried their balancing skin care range. Circaroma makes a wide range of organic skin care products, formulated for every skin type and many of their products are award winners. Their balancing range has been created to bring equilibrium to skin. It is especially great for normal to oily skin types and you can pick out everything to cleanse, tone, exfoliate, moisturise, replenish.

Balancing Facial Cleanser Palmarosa & Orange Zest comes in a pump bottle that holds 100ml of a light creamy cleanser in it. It smells very comforting, yet has the uplifting zesty scent to it. Lotion has a rejuvenating palmarosa and cooling orange zest that work together with hydrating rose water, moisturising jojoba and coconut oil. All that to give deep cleansed and purified skin that feel comfortable and soft. 

While creamier cleansers can put some people off, you should reconsider. As you have read before, I have been totally blown away by the cream cleansers. They do get deep into pores and natural oils dissolve any dirt, grime and even blocked pores. You won't be greasy afterwards, but are left with hydrated and smooth surface. This cleanser will keep your oil glands at bay and your skin won't overproduce the oil anymore. In turn, you will have less breakouts and irritations on your skin!

Replenishing Facial Mask Rose Flower & Lemon Zest is purifying mask based on kaolin and bentonite  clays that will deep cleanse skin while also taking care of it. While clay cleanses, the blend of deeply fragrant rose flower and toning lemon zest combined with soothing almond and jojoba oils will nourish and put all the goodness right back into your skin. When you first apply this mask, you can feel the creamy texture that comforts your skin immediately. It won't sting or pull your skin like some clays do. As it dries, the mask will mostly sink into your skin and you are left with light layer of clay on your skin that isn't dried out at all. It is easy to remove and you can feel how your skin can actually breathe afterwards. This mask would be a perfect step in your skin care regimen during the colder months as it not only draws impurities, but also balances, keeps it healthy and radiant. Gentle enough to use daily, but powerful enough to see the results within one use!

Have you noticed how many detoxing teas there are on the market? When you read a blog or two or follow some bloggers on Instagram you probably have seen some kind of teas being published, that all in all promise to cleanse your body. A lot of them won't feel natural enough to actually cleanse your body in a pure way. How can you do good for your system if you are soaking teabags that have been bleached in your tea cup? Here are my views on their two week regimen in order to cleanse your body and maybe soul too.

These two should work together and complete each other. The promise list of these these are quite long. Teas not only promise to taste pleasant, but also to shake your body in a good way. Ingredients wise, it is pretty rich and something for even the neediest tea drinker. It contains mate tea, ginger root, ceylon cinnamon, fennel, vervain, aloe, nettle, red currant leaves, peppermint leaves and ginseng. This concoction has vitamins, minerals, a lot of ingredients to cleanse your body from toxins, boost metabolism and immune system, protect nervous system and give you energy in a natural way. 

While I am a true coffee lover I didn't gave up my morning coffee, but this tea still had a solid place in my day. I usually drank it around the afternoon when I felt I needed another caffeine fix to carry on. This tea tastes amazing and I can imagine it being great option instead a morning coffee. It didn't give unnatural and immediate energy boost, rather much needed strength. It didn't upset the stomach, but at the same time you could feel your metabolism being a lot faster. In few days of drinking this tea many usual cravings, especially the unhealthy ones, will be gone. I associate this with getting the much needed nutrients and minerals from the tea and therefore my body is more satisfied. Unfortunately cravings will come back when you stop drinking the tea, but that is normal, because we are human. I am also pretty sure that this tea helped with my skin clearing up. Because of this I have been foundation free more than usual.

This tea had a lot more neutral taste to it. It wasn't as fruity or zestful, but rather comforting and calming. How it affected me? I didn't knock me off immediately, but set the perfect mind and mood for going to bed. Few times it helped me with the sore throat and a headache. Overall I did sleep like any other night, but noticed waking up earlier so I can imagine I needed less sleep to get rested. Not to mention I am usually the one who needs so much sleep in order to feel myself decent. Surprising!

In conclusion I would recommend it to everybody who needs a little pick me up in their health department. It am sure it won't harm you, make you feel bad or leave you unimpressed. These teas have to be the most multifunctional I have tried. If you can't feel one certain effect it promised, there's still whole list of things you can experience and be pleasantly surprised. It is also powerful, yet so gentle and caring to ensure you feel yourself your best.

It can be depressing when one season changes to another. Especially when you have to put away your summer dresses and maybe you weren't able to wear every one of them. New season doesn't care! It is coming and it brings everything new along with itself. Not only does it change the weather but also everything around us. How it affects you depends on your perspective. You can be inspired and make it wonderful! 

After all there is nothing better than colourful leaves, cosy time inside while rain is pouring outside. Hot coffee and tea, warm sweaters and scarves, all the deep fall shades when it comes to makeup and nails. And you are finally able to do all those things you have been wanting to do for a while: organize, clean, pamper yourself and watch your favourite shows.

My recent 'flavour of the month' as long as lip products go has been L'oreal L'Extraodrinaire Lip Colour in 'Rose Melody'. When I chose the shade, I was trapped as every bit of the colour selection was perfect. There were no shades at all I didn't like and this is probably because of an amazing and opaque colour pay-off that the product provides. 

L'oreal states that you can get the smoothness and shine of the lipgloss and colour pigment of the lipstick. While it doesn't necessarily cancel out all the natural pigment of the lips, it really has a higher pigmentation than any other lip gloss I have tried. The shade will last longer than expected and meanwhile it won't leave lips uncomfortable or sticky.  Overall, it is something I reach for when I am on the go and don't have a time or desire to spend over 10 seconds to do my lips. This is fast, easy and gives you a decent look!
