This is LUSH Catastrophe Cosmetic, one of their fresh face masks I recently featured in my skin care wish list and finally decided to get it. I always put the thought of getting it aside, since I have too many face masks I need to use up before. Fresh face masks also don't last forever, they have pretty short time period they are still good and therefore should be stored in the fridge. Now when I got it, I took finishing this mask as my number one skincare priority and that isn't so hard at all. I always wait impatiently to use it again and again.

This mask is full of antioxidants, vitamins A, C and E that help to protect the skin from damage. Packed with real blueberries, chamomile, calamine, rose and almond oils, it is perfect mixture for moisturising, calming and cleansing. The scent of it quite strong, yet pleasant, something fresh and sweet tied together! LUSH states that you should get four uses out of this jar, but I can't imagine what they mean I should apply it. Bury myself in it? I have used it three times every other day and have most of it still left. 

My skin looked brighter and much more plump right after first use. The calming effect took apart immediately when I applied the mask and I was truly relaxed from the crisp and smooth texture of this mask. The fact that this mask should be in the fridge, can be beneficial, it calms down any redness, blemishes, sensitivity and sun damage. After washing it off, my pores were clearer, face didn't need moisturiser immediately and skin's oiliness was balanced. Perfect boosting mask for summer time!

I will be definitely in a hunt for another LUSH fresh masks in the future. What are your favourites?

This particular cream comes from NOVExpert and is a part of Expert Radiance Program. While I love night creams, because often they are more concentrated and meant to take care of your skin while you sleep, I definitely do love a peeling nigh cream. I am a huge believer in exfoliation and even better when it is chemical yet gentle. When I first got his NOVExpert The Peeling Night Cream into my hands, I had no idea that this works that good. If I could refer to it with only one sentence it would be 'like getting a facial during you sleep'.

This night cream is based on glycolic acid and everything else is truly natural. The amount of exfoliating complex in it reaches up to 10%, besides that it has papaya extracts, hyaluronic acid, lactic acid, jojoba oil, shea butter, and botanical glycerine along with vitamin E. It is 100% hypoallergenic. A product like this should be a first heavy duty anti-aging product in your twenties. While it does firm skin, smooth lines and brighten up dull tired skin, it also helps to combat sun damage, pigmentation and acne. I started to use it mainly because of my acne scarring and to keep my pores clear. 

As an intensive treatment, it should be used every night for a month. Less intensive routine would be every other night for two to three months. I saw results within few nights. My skin was actually bright and shiny in the morning. This does make your skin peel a little, but it is nothing painful or major at all as it is designed to be really gentle. At first, it is actually quite common as your skin is getting used to the peeling complex in this cream. Whenever I had some flaky skin going on, I just exfoliated mechanically with the gentle exfoliant or used my Clarisonic in the morning. 

My skin has definitely gotten a lot of boost from the other skincare products I have used, but this makes everything even better. I have used this for about two months and I have felt my other serums and creams working more intensive and better while I use NOVExpert's Peeling Cream every other day as my night cream. This has been the best I have done for my skin in a while and would suggest everyone to give it a chance if possible!

As I have been really bad with being regular with my 'empties' post I decided it is easier to follow and write when I do them in smaller patches. Here are five products I managed to save from going into trash and I literally ended last month. So this post is really in order! When it comes to makeup I have no used up products to show you, but you will get more skincare and little bit hair care. 

MÁDARA Deep Moisture Gel is the one I have talked about before and just ended the second tube of it. I love it to hydrate my skin and apply under my moisturiser when I am drier. But more than ever, it is a perfect instead a moisturiser when your skin is unbalanced and isn't that dry. I always reach for it when it get warmer and even hot outside. It keep oilier areas at a bay and doesn't let skin get dry on other areas. It has such a pleasant and fresh herbal scent and liquidy consistency of this gel goes on like a much needed nectar for your face. I reviewed this and other MÁDARA products in here.

Nurme Lavender Facial Toner is meant for problematic skin, but everyone would actually benefit from it. It is 100% natural and I am absolutely in love with their facial toners. Lavender one I particularly love when I have some breakouts to calm down or at night time in general. It soothes, tones and cleans every trace of face mask or face cleaner off your skin. It comes in a spray bottle and that makes it easy to apply it before moisturising-step as a spray refreshment. The only thing I would love more than this already is, would be the bottle. It is fairly small and I go through it so fast. Also I would prefer a bottle to be without the pump as I love my toner on cotton round and whenever I spray it on cotton it gets everywhere else and that's a waste.

Caru Skincare Cucumber + Lime Organic Toner is created for normal or combination skin. It is extremely balancing and detoxifying and has much more power than any other toner I have used. When I first got it, I couldn't get over how beautiful this vintage bottle was. Chances are I am going to clean it and keep it just use it in the future when I happen to stumble on the beauty products that have a not so good packaging. The other thing was a scent of it. It is so refreshing and comforting, just like fresh cucumber salad with the twist of lime! With the combination of cucumbers and limes, it soothes an calms skin immediately, yet leaves pores so clean and small with the cleaning effects of lime. Even if it is labelled as a toner for normal to combination skin, it is so gentle, I would suggest it to everyone with the benefits of clearing up skin, boosting it and balancing its pH levels at all times.

Silver Tree Argan Oil Thairapy Ultra Hydrating Hair Mask is a huge jar full of really moisturising hair mask. I got it for a while ago from local Estonian beauty store I.L.U, when I was actually in a search of a new hair serum. I knew nothing about this brand when I picked it up, but was nicely surprised after first use. Since then it has been my must-have hair once a week hair mask and already got myself a new one. It is really thick and so moisturising yet doesn't leave hair heavy or greasy. It restores hair within few uses and you can actually feel, yourlocks are in a better condition. As just adding moisture doesn't cut it for my hair, it must also has to add some strength, because I won't struggle with the breakage anymore like I did before finding this mask. Since I have tried ever so expensive Macadamia Deep Repair Hair Mask which great, but is quite a splurge when it comes to its price. These two are really similar when it comes to hair results afterwards, but this one is so much cheaper.

LUSH Mask of Magnaminty is a face mask for problematic skin on face and back. I only used it on my face. Being deep cleansing, toning, exfoliating it takes care of your pores and blemishes you might have. I was so amazed by it at first and love the tingling sensation at first because of its natural peppermint oil, but after a while this mask made me sick. The scent got so repulsive and strong for me, I just applied it to use it up and knew it works wonders. It does really heal any blemishes and cleans up pores, but there's too much peppermint for my taste. Probably will give it a try in the far future again, but for now I will stay away from it.

If you are the one who also struggles often with sun- or windburned lips that can easily cause a nasty and painful cold sores. This is the little affordable magic in a pot. Whenever I feel I might get a col sore and my upper lip starts to itch or sting, I usually end up consuming enormous amounts of melissa tea. Which is good, of course. Because melissa tea has its own benefits and should be loved not only for that, but it is well known fact that melissa helps to boost your immune system and fight viruses.

Its base is the best local beeswax along with flax oil, safflower oil and of course the essential oils of melissa. It is 100% natural and handmade in Estonia, so imagine my surprise when I got to know that the best things don't have to come from far away. 

Lip balm itself is more solid than creamy, which is good, because humid weather can destroy easily melting products fast. This won't leave lips greasy, but applies very thin and so refreshing protective layer on them. Melissa's scent is so comforting, balmy and soothing. Within one application you can considerably reverse any damage that has already happened and go live on with your soft pout how it is actually meant to be.

As it is soon to be weekend it is right time to talk about pampering yourself. I usually take the time to do face masks, scrubs and hair treatments on Friday or Saturday evenings. This is the time to myself. While there are different masks I do I want to talk about the most special one. It is Vestige Verdant - an all organic bioactive anti aging mask that heals and soothes your skin.

First and foremost, this has been created in Estonia and looks quite luxurious to begin with. Quite big jar holds 200ml of face mask that looks something like mud, but really is based on organic peat. While it claims to be anti-aging it has so much more in it. The benefits list is very long and includes the properties of deep cleansing, moisturising, improving skin's texture, reviving blood circulation, healing allergic or overly sensitive skin, diminishing acne, relieving stress and restoring skin's natural pH balance.

How does it work? As I said it is based on organic natural peat that has one of Vestige Verdant's key ingredients, humic acid in it. This substance is originally so complex, that its molecular structure is impossible to replicate synthetically. So they have harnessed the power of nature with the purpose of making this miracle mask happen. Humic acid detoxifies and is also powerful enough to fight with cellulite. Deep cleansing and moisturising effect comes form a lot of minerals and bioactive ingredients that also give tour skin its natural pH balance. Fulvic acid in it, proven to be powerful electrolyte, will heal anything that may be troubling your skin. Soothing properties come from bioactive hymatomelanic acid that accelerates healing process, improves texture and is known to have the ability to fight with cancer cells.

Onto my true opinion! This mask doesn't have a scent to it and has a quite wet muddy texture. It should be applied whenever needed on a clean surface, but can be used daily if skin tolerates it. When applied it feels so soothing as it is moist and quite cold. Layer should be thick enough to cover the whole skin without your skin peeking through. Right after finished with an application, it is time to relax. Soon, great things will start to happen! After a while you will feel slight tingling or itching on your skin and almost feel how this mask pulls every single toxin and gunk out of your skin. When your skin isn't overly sensitive, you can leave it on up to 10 minutes, but when it is, 5 minutes should be fine. Like with every skincare item you should really listen your own skin and see what works best for you.

Not so good part is washing it off. It might get really dirty and your sink will be in need of a good clean afterwards. You also need to take some time to concentrate on your face and get everything off. I also use a cotton pad with a splash of toner on it to remove even slightest traces of mask afterwards. Once you get used to this mask you will master the whole process and washing it off part won't be so bad anymore. Key is to be as close to the skin as possible and really use your hands to clean your face. Even better if you can do this mask right before getting into shower and all your problems regarding dirty sink will be gone! This is what I do and I enjoy this little ritual so much. 

After you have gotten everything off, you will be absolutely amazed! Yes, there are great mud masks and even better clay masks that deep cleanse your skin perfectly, but with this mask it is whole another story. I can't even describe it without sounding like a lunatic. It feels like your skin is finally breathing and so thankful you just can't keep your hands away from your face. Your pores look smaller, cleaner, skin comfortable in general and the more regularly you use this mask, the more you see the effect. Whatever the product is, you choose to apply afterwards: serum, moisturiser or both, they go on amazingly and work so much better with your clean skin. 

Vestige Verdant ships worldwide and even though the price is little bit pricy it is nothing compared to the results I have with it. This jar is completely full of the mask and mine lasted about 5 months and I still have some of it left as you can see from the picture. In fear of running out of it, I already had to get the new one!

Sea buckthorn - I like its concept, I like its omegas, I like its berries, I like its bright orange colour, I like its taste and what can be better than skincare with this amazing plant that adds the products all the nicest properties. I have used sea buckthorn based products before and had quite great results. Now it was time to put Bio2You products to test and see what the real deal was.

Organic Nutritive Sea Buckthorn Moisturiser with Panthenol is truly organic quite rich moisturiser with a good amount of product in a glass bottle. Being so concentrated that you need only tiny amount, makes it even more valuable buy when it comes to its packaging. Its formulation brings together moisturising, soothing, nourishing, smoothing, protecting and microcirculation improving properties. To be exact, having argan oil, panthenol ProVitamin B5, plant extracts, shea butter and sea buckthorn oil it reduces inflammation, heals sun damage, protects from free radicals, balances skin perfectly and helps it to regenerate its tissue. I was quite sure this moisturiser is going to be the bomb and didn't have to disappoint. I love that it is so concentrated I need tiniest amount - saves a lot of money and you can still use one of the best products when moisturising your face. Whenever I have a break out or two, it really helps it to heal faster and this is usually the time I most definitely grab after this cream. 

Organic Omega 3-6 Serum is probably one of the best of the best products I have used for a while. It claims to be natural skin antidepressant and when at first I didn't get it I now do. This is the serum I won't use daily, but only when my skin feels thirsty, dehydrated or really troubled. It is like a medicine for skin in need! Instantly after applying you feel relieved and your face looks so smooth and calm. I have done a series of days when using this and this really boosts my skin by healing every little dry patch and every little pimple or blemish scar. Omega 3 in it stimulates production of dopamine which is a natural molecule of happiness. I don't know about that, but applying this makes me one step closer to happiness as it smells so soothingly comforting and I always know I will wake up to much nicer skin. This serum also proved itself even more when I was struggling with a cold sore. I usually don't like cols sore creams as they are full of chemicals and only help when applied really early. But this product, reapplied over and over again, healed my full blown cold sore within a day. I was left with little dry mark next to my lip and couldn't be more happy about this find.

Brand called Domina Elegans is fairly new, but already quite well known and awarded natural beauty brand from Estonia. I have used this cream day and night for couple of months now and am absolutely in love with it. But this love relationship didn't come easy for me! During the time I noticed this cream makes a beautiful base for a makeup and can also be applied around the eyes. It takes care of the tired and dull skin immediately and also gives the instant relief to my allergies and puffiness around eyes, also due to allergies. 

Overall I believe that everyone could benefit from this cream, hence the name 'Universal'. When your skin is oilier it really needs some nourishment and hydration to calm the oil production down and this face cream would be perfect one to do that! When your skin is drier, give this cream some time to adjust with your needs and you won't regret it.

When talking about Moroccan Natural in general, it is a pretty unique brand. While most of its hit products are produced only with 100% organic and pure Argan Oil they have stepped up in their game and gotten their product selection so wide and tempting. It is not usual and common to have a great selection when it comes to all natural and organic beauty brand, because a lot of times greatest ingredients don't grow on trees (literally). Therefore it felt even more special and great when applying Moroccan Natural skincare on my skin, I was sure my skin gets the best ingredients out there.

Moroccan Natural Argan Glow  was a nice surprise since I usually don't like Argan Oil on my face. They have managed to get it just right in order to apply it without being left with overly greasy face afterwards. Mine comes in a 10 ml bottle with a roller ball that makes appplication so easy and neat. I usually put it on my hands, warm it up and pat on my skin. It feels like a glow nectar whenever your face is dull and need little boost. This amount of products lasted me quite some time as it is highly concentrated and I literally needed one swipe with the roller ball to cover my whole face and neck area.

As I have become ingredient nazi when it comes to my skincare I love that it is only high quality Argan Oil, but they have also included Sea Buckthorn Oil to assist it. So, this little serum has high amounts of vitamins C, E and A. It heals any micro wounds, heals acne and acne scars, protects from free radicals and UV rays. Cherry on the top is the fact that it subtle colour to it that give you healthy glow immediately after applying! This really is a miracle nectar for your thirsty face.

Moroccan Natural Pearl Powder is another product derived from Mother Nature. When you thought it can't get any better, think again. This little jar holds 100% natural pearl powder that is basically very fine powder of crushed pearls. It has been used as a beauty aid for ages. It has been recorded nearly for 3000 years in skin treatments used by Cleopatra, the last Queen of Egypt and Wu Zetian. Pearl powder has so much power in it to heal, refine, protect, treat and beautify your skin in general. It promotes new skin cells, increases collagen levels, heals acne and acne scarring, gets rid of dry areas, sun damage and rosacea. These are only few of the benefits, it also reduces pore size dramatically, smooths any fine lines and brightens skin tone in general. There are so many ways to use it. 

This pearl powder comes in a little jar full of powder and a random pearl in it. While it is fairly small jar, you get so much out of it as you only need tiny spatula size all over the face. So, do you use it? When your concern is aging, you can use it as a mask with yogurt or milk and leave on for 10-15 minutes. It works as a nourishing and moisturising highly effective mask when mixed with beaten egg white, honey and few drops of lemon juice. Mixed with argan oil and applied as a mask it revives dry and dull skin immediately. You can also leave a light dusting of pearl powder on your face for overnight an your skin feels so much more balanced, pores smaller and cleaner when your concern is imbalanced oily skin.

I personally used it with pure cow's milk and Greek Yogurt as a mask and absolutely loved it. I also loved the little spatula sized amount of pearl powder in my favourite face serum. I literally dropped the little amount of pearl powder in the bottle of face oil and every time I use it, shake it up. It adds a lot of nutrients and minerals to it and your serum will work better than ever. When I wasn't up to mixing any masks I just mixed little amount of pearl powder in my palm with pure water and applied the paste on my skin. It acted as a pore reducing mask and micro exfoliant. My skin felt clearer, brighter and new levels of smooth!

Basically there are no rules how to use it and what to mix it in with. You just have to get it, be creative, experiment with it and find what works best for your skin! 

Time for another 'beauty favourites' post. While I have been using so much new and great products lately that I haven't talked about yet, I needed to cut down the amount of products I love and bring you the best of my favourites. So these thing made the cut, are totally trustworthy and basically my heroes when it comes to beauty care. Again, I must admit that I have undetectably become a junkie and an addict for natural beauty products. While I do have some things in my beauty stash that aren't completely natural, I noticed that these are mostly natural and safe to use for everyone. 

Organic Surge Moisture Boost Shampoo and Conditioner are both the products that surprised me the most. These are so affordable and free of all the nasty stuff that aren't good for your hair. Shampoo is so gentle yet lathers well and cleans hair like nobody's business. It is enriched with aloe vera, olive leaf and grape vine extracts that keep hair moisturised and silky. Lemon peel extract seals the hair cuticle to maintain its shine and keep hair frizz free. Thyme and fennel seed extracts work to strengthen and prevent breakage. While shampoo cleanses without stripping hair, conditioner is with its thickness and creamy texture hydrates and nourishes even the driest locks. I am so pleased with these products and have managed to get my hair into better condition than I have ever dreamed.

Unique Haircare Leave-In Conditioner is a certified organic spray conditioner with a low pH-value and milk proteins that protect every individual hair strand from heat stress, colour fading and environmental damage. I truly recommend it to everyone, but especially to people who need to improve their hair condition, lock in moisture, but are worried about their hair weighing down or going flat. This adds perfect amount of luxurious moisture and strength to hair, but also gives surprisingly great volume and body to it. I have used it in damp hair before styling and in dry hair when I need to refresh my locks between washes. Both ways work wonders!

Vestige Verdant Face Mask is a miracle in a jar. It is produced in my own little home country, Estonia and has become a huge thing in here. I can't argue with the fact that it is amazing! It comes in huge jar that lasts basically months and months. It can be used daily and is suitable for every skin type and skin condition as it has so many benefits. It deep cleanses and moisturises, improves skin texture, revives blood circulation, heals allergies and overly sensitive skin, diminishes acne, relieves stress and restores natural pH balance of skin. As has only organic minerals and bioactive humic acid I truly believe in every statement this mask has made! It goes on smooth, looks absolutely black and starts to itch on skin soon after waiting around. You can actually feel it working and pulling all the nastiness out of your skin. It is messy to remove, but not impossible. I have found it is best to wash it off in the shower so this has become my daily face routine just before getting into shower. My skin has become a lot clearer, smoother and balanced since I have used it regularly.

Selexir Peace Balm has been my another must have wonder product when it comes to skin care. It is and intensive cosmetic salve that specifically soothes distressed, irritated and sensitive skin areas. Its formula is bursting with goodness as it contains 21 highly concentrated natural ingredients. It improves skin's texture, balances its hydration levels and strengthens skin's natural barrier. I have used it around my mouth which was my problem area when temperature changes got the best out of my skin. I have also used it on cracked hands and lips just before going to bed and woken up to perfectly healed skin. I am especially impressed with the amount of time it works. You literally apply tiniest amount of it on your problem area and wake up to beautifully healed skin in the morning!

NOVExpert Eye Contour Care is a moisturising lifting and decongesting eye cream with hyaluronic acid, cucumber extracts and cornflower in it. It is deeply hydrating, yet so light and absorbs fast without laving any residue on the eye area. It has significally reduced my dark circles and promises also to combat any puffiness and dryness. It relieves redness and discomfort when I have my common spring time allergies and feels comforting in the morning right after waking up. I also love the fact that it is hypoallergenic and 100% natural.

Continuing with the '100% natural Estonian skincare' topic I must introduce you to Jovely Naturals. It is fairly unknown and new to me, but as much as I have used a selection of their products I must say it is a shame I didn't have their gems in my home before. The fact that most of their products are 100% natural and everything is made and packed by hand is always a good sign. Their pure mission is to rise their customers awareness of natural products and why it is important to look what you put on your body. One more reason besides simple yet classy packaging why I am in love with Jovely Naturals.

I have definitely become an addict of this local Estonian brand JOIK that have been mentioned before. I have slowly but surely been trying out everything by them and managed to find my own favourites in time. This post will be only about their skincare since I love everything skincare related and adore everything they offer.

JOIK Deep Cleansing Facial Oil that comes with a handy sponge that makes using it so simple and effective. It melts off everything on your face, from makeup to unwanted dirt and oils. It smells divine like lemongrass, lavender and tea tree together would do, that on the other hand gives a relaxing feel to every cleansing ritual at night. Me as a cleansing oil devotee and lover who has tried oh so many am extremely impressed with this particular one as it also cleanses every single pore on skin. There aren't many face cleansing oils out there that are acne prone friendly, but this is like a magic. It leaves absolutely no residue of oil or dirt, vice versa, your skin will be smooth, hydrated and completely clean. 

JOIK Alcohol Free Facial Toner with Aloe and Sea-Buckthorn Oil is another to die for skin product by them. Like everything else in here it is 100% natural and full of good ingredients for your face. It is infused with sea buckthorn oil which contains vitamins A, E and C plus aloe extract that soothes any skin type. It smells very refreshing and little bit minty and therefore will awaken skin anytime when little pick me up is needed. Other than that it will balance skin immediately after using and leave it comfortable when dehydrated. I especially enjoy it on these colder winter months when my skin is acting up a little. Big high five for the looks of this toner, bright orange shade of it makes my mood immediately when I see it. It doesn't transfer on skin and won't turn you orange, although I would love a little bit of colour on these pasty winter days. 

JOIK Silky Facial Serum with Cranberry Seed Oil is extremely luxurious addition to this skincare family. Even though it is originally meant for dry and mature skin I can benefit from it so much. It doesn't leave any greasy residue. All the good nutrients will be absorbed quickly after applying and skin will be silky smooth and hydrated. Because it is full of nutrients and proteins I am usually using it only at the night times, I don't want to over feed my skin. Whenever i get more dryness I am always reaching for this serum that combats any dry areas within hours.

JOIK Super Moisturising Lip Balm with Orange Essential Oil smells like a real orange in a tube. It is a more moisturising and heavier kind of a lip balm I was looking for before getting it. It gives such a load of moisture to lips that even the driest or most cracked lips will heal within hours. It feels extremely pleasant and creamy on lips and gives your pout a healthy soft moisturised feel and look whenever applied. I also love it for overnight as a lip treatment and I always thank myself in the mornings when my lips look and feel great.

Clearly I can't say good enough words about everything as I am so thankful that a company like JOIK is developing natural products in my own home country. These have been helping me and my skin so much, especially on colder months. Every time I am in the department store I find myself in front of the JOIK isle to have a something else from them to experience and enjoy.

Adding liquid to this mask it forms smooth grainy paste that smells like a real dark chocolate. It goes on face very easily and delightful scent lifts spirits and mood instantly. As it is clay based facial mask I expected it to be little bit harsh and drying, but that is definitely not the case with this mask. It is so gentle and while it cleans out pores it doesn't feel drying or uncomfortable on skin like many clays can be. After washing dried out mask off your face skin will feel velvety smooth, completely balanced and more alive than before. 

Hands down I would suggest this JOIK Chocolate Facial Mask to anyone with any type of skin. This completely affordable mask can be a perfect pick me up on those colder and darker fall days when you need extra pamper session.

Here are my favourite beauty products I have been reaching for oh so often lately. I haven't used too much makeup or if I have it has been simple and light for my skin's pleasure. Most of these are on its last legs, so that proves the point that I have enjoyed them very much indeed.

Senna Cosmetics Powder Point Brush from the summer collection. It is so silky and soft on skin and therefore you won't even need any additional effort when applying blusher, bronzer, highlighter or simple powder. I use it for the blusher or bronzer and love it!

BeYu Eyebrow Gel is the one an only brow product I have been using for taming and styling by eyebrows. It holds a perfect light brown gel inside which isn't too waxy or sticky. Brushing through your eyebrows is so underrated and should be done more as it gives naturally polished look.

Maybelline Color Tattoo Cream Eyeshadow in Permanent Taupe is a matte long lasting cream shadow that would suit most of the people. It gives perfect swipe of contouring shade to the eyelids that stays put like no ones business. I also like that this is best when applied with fingers, that makes makeup routine so much more easier.

Clinique Almost Lipstick in Flirty Honey is a lipstick I got from Clinique Almost Lipsticks set that included four of them. This particular shade is a true sheer pink and gives that 'your lips, but better' shade. It doesn't feel sticky or heavy, but more like wearing moisturising lip balm with excellent colour.

Weleda Pomegranate Regenerating Hand Cream is like a dream come true in a hand cream world. It smells no naturally like a pomegranate mixed with roses. I sometimes keep applying it just because of the scent of it. It moisturises like a wonder product would do and leaves skin softly hydrated for a long time.

The Body Shop Moringa Body Butter is the most feminine of them all. It contains moisturising shea butter that leaves skin moisturised and smelling delicately floral after every use. This has been and is my most favourite scent of The Body Shop butters.

ESPA Refining Skin Polish is a natural brightening skin exfoliator for deep cleansing and smoothing. I have this in a travel size yet I have gotten quite much use out of it. It acts like a natural microdermabrasion leaving skin smoother than any other face scrubs I have used. That said it should be used in moderation and small amount goes a long way.

Ingli Pai Sea Mud Mask is a natural face mask made by Estonian skin care company that makes 100% natural products. This particular face mask has been developed for a skin with enlarged pores. It contains natural sea mud and essential oils of cypress, chamomile and lemon. It smells really harsh like a real sea mud would do, but I got used to it. I like the fact that it is so powerful and draws out even the most stubborn impurities, leaving pores much smaller afterwards.

Dr Bragi Marine Enzyme Age Management Moisturiser is a wonder product I did full review on recently and absolutely adore. It moisturises, purifies, smoothes, heals, hydrates and brightens.

This post is a long overdue as I haven't always had this product completely figured out and therefore didn't really want to post about it. But hen I actually did learn how to properly use it on my face I was blown away by how great this is. It is Dr Bragi Marine Enzyme Age Management Moisturiser. which comes in a very luxurious airless pump bottle that holds 60ml of clear gel type product that has no specific scent, something like clear and pure water would be. 

This moisturiser has patented formula that includes unique super active marine enzymes with the added hydrating and plumping hyaluronic acid. This gentle yet powerful moisutiser helps to reduce the signs of aging by fighting the effects of environmental stress, preventing the breakdown of collagen and supporting optimal cell function. 

With the aid of calming sorbitol and glycerin this oil-free moisturiser instantly nourishes the skin whilst marine enzymes continuously smooth, exfoliate and cleanse from deep within the skin. Its enzyme activity can help to dramatically rejuvenate, refine and brighten the complexion, eliminate dark circles and ease the conditions of problematic skin types.

The thing that confused me when started using this moisturiser was the actual concentration of this product. I literally applied it as I would do with any other regular serum or face cream. I was wrong as you need to start noticing your skins need and choose the right amount for your specific need. I opted for half of the pea-sized amount and distributed it evenly all over my eye area, face and neck. A lot of times when I was oilier it was too much and I needed even less than that. Whenever you feel little bit sticky afterwards, you have applied too much product! With product so concentrated the right amount can be the littlest drop of the moisturiser.

So, this moisturiser claims to be a perfect multipurpose skin care product for everyone's needs. It acts as a toner, exfoliant, moisturiser, treatment, serum, eye cream and purifier for problematic skin. I got instantly excited about using it when I heard it actually helps to lift any impurities while treating your skin. It really is an amazing invention and cure for any enlarged pores, inflamed areas, dry patches, uneven skin tone, rough skin texture, those little white bumps a lot of people struggle with. My pores are a lot more clearer, it calms down any redness and is like a heaven sent for dry dehydrated patchy areas around my mouth. Throughout the day I never feel the need to apply more moisturiser or plot areas that got too oily before. 

While it is on the more expensive side it totally is worth everything you pay for it. You get actually more out of it than you would when purchasing any other moisturiser. First it lasts longer than any other skin care product. Second you won't need extra skin care products other than this one, it will cover them all and your skin will than you for not suffocating it with a tons of different products. 

In the spirit of my 'back to basics' skin care I have two other facial bars for you to introduce. These are by an organic skin care company I love to pieces, Mádara Cosmetics. When I got these soaps, they weren't available on their website, but were easily found with reasonable price in all the shops that carry Madara. I actually checked few of these shops in Estonia, these lovelies were sitting proudly next to other Mádara products. Now you can also buy them as sets or separately from their website!

Mádara Blackberry White Clay Clarifying Face Soap comes in form of beautiful lavender coloured bar. It smells like berries and in a gentle way. This soap promises to give clearer skin day by day with purifying white clay and the tannins of the blackberry. The freshness of the Nordic forest combined with the botanical soap base and nourishing wheat germ oil help the skin to retain its moisture. 

Combined with water it deliver very smooth and velvety lather and you can absolutely feel white clay in it. After just one use my skin felt comfortably clean plus pores appeared tighter and clearer. I am more than convinced that natural herbal scent clears my also my mind every time I use it. 

As this soap really is clarifying, cleans out even the dirtiest skin and vanishes away any problems of troubled skin, I wouldn't suggest using it daily if your skin is extra dry. Instead it could be a weekly addition to your skin care regimen!

Mádara Birch Algae Balancing Face Soap is the green sister of the first soap. It smells just like green leaves of a birch tree or fresh grass just after much needed rain in a summer time. This bar promises to have vitamins and minerals of Nordic birch and algae to balance the skin, while the botanical soap base gently cleanses and washes away all impurities. It is also enriched with skin nourishing wheat germ oil and plant sugars helping the skin to retain its moisture. Its lather is much more gentle and comforting on skin and therefore would suit for everybody's skin for a daily use. Its little bit sweeter scent comes out in a cleansing process and comforts the skin and senses immediately.

A lot of times our skin doesn't need much and we are overdoing it with our complicated skin regimens. Whether you are oilier or drier chances are your skin's natural balance is disrupted and this simple soap will manage it better than any other cleanser.

Like every other Mádara product these have Ecocert certifications and are absolutely natural cruelty free. The key ingredient in all their anti aging-products and these soaps is pure Northern birch extract which contains minerals and brightening vitamin C. Lately I have been looking into simple yet effective old fashioned face cleansing methods in order to achieve natural glowing bright face. I discovered that there are a lot of bar soaps meant to treat your face and these kinds of soap aren't necessarily harsh or include soap at all. I picked up several soaps to test out, but one of them is definitely the most valuable and darling to me. Not only because it comes from my own little country Estonia and is purely hand made, but it includes many active elements that take care of any skin problems. It is Deep Facial Cleansing Bar by Nurme.

Being 100% natural it cleans, nourishes and repairs gently any type of face. It promises to clean any traces of makeup and dirt same time restoring skin's natural balance of minerals. 

Ingredients wise it is a dream come true for everyone who loves natural yet effective skin care products. It has olive oil, shea butter, coconut oil, ricinus seed oil, goats milk powder, activated charcoal and essential oils of ylang-ylang, patchouli, lavender.

Soap itself is solid quite big sized black bar that smells very natural and pleasant for me. Its blackness comes from charcoal that cleanses and purifies any skin type deeply. Soap foams up pretty fast for the bar that is whole natural and full of nourishing oils. Lather comes out grey and goes on face smoothly without any discomfort or drying effect. Other than that you use it as you would use any other face cleanser and you end up with obviously smoother and cleaner face that doesn't feel dry or tight afterwards. I have noticed a vast improvement in my skin's overall brightness and texture.

Good face cleanser should moisturise and protect face while cleansing and this bar definitely does it even better than expected. Having soap bar as your face cleanser will save you a ton of resources and more convenient than you thought. Bar itself dries perfectly after every and lasts on me so long.

I have found something amazing to treat any spots or blemishes with. Patchouli (Pagostemon cablin) essential oil does a magic with troubled skin areas! Even if all the essential oils should be used diluted with carrier oils, patchouli essential oil can be used neat (undiluted) on small areas with a cotton bud. It acts like antibacterial and antiviral solution on any spots by curing them without drying skin out or letting scar tissue to form. I am particularly impressed how fast it works on any sore pimples or outbreaks!

Patchouli essential oil has rich musky sweet, strong and little bit spicy herbal smell. It is light yellow to dark brown thicker oil that is non-toxic and non-irritant. Along with all the regenerating, stimulating and rejuvenating properties its scent relieves any anxiety or depression.

Essential oils are extremely concentrated and should be used with care. When applied on bigger areas like all over the face it should definitely be diluted with other creams or carrier oils. I also suggest to do a patch test before using essential oils you haven't had contact with before. Other than that it is like a little skin miracle in a bottle!

More and more I try different Lumene products, the more I fall in love into the brand itself. Lumene has come out with the Arctic Aqua skin care line with the products full of mineral rich arctic spring water and hydration. It looks very simple yet enough for anybody's skin to feel gorgeous.

Arctic Aqua Deep Moisture Eye Gel is light clear gel that helps to combat any dryness, keeps skin nourished and diminishes dark circles under the eyes. Its technology binds water to skin cells and therefore provides eye area with a long-lasting hydration. The formula of it is perfect if you are just starting to look into eye creams and need something that won't suffocate your eye area with unnecessary heaviness. Even though I thought this eye gel will be too light for my tricky eye area, it is so powerful and does its job in depth. I have found a perfect morning eye product that also acts as a perfect base for under eye concealer!

Arctic Aqua 24h Balancing Moisture Face Cream has a balancing effect and tends to suit for oilier and combination skin types. I used it couple of times as my day cream and loved it very much. It promises to balance skin in general, reduce impurities, help to keep skin matt and control shine. Sounds like a perfect face moisturiser for people who are struggling with skin producing too much oil. When weather started to get cooler I decided I need something richer as I am not too concerned about my skin being shiny. Regardless would recommend this moisturiser if matte yet hydrated skin is something you are looking for. This fresh smelling product will work miracles and be like a much needed spring water for your confused skin.

Arctic Aqua Deep Moisture Night Cream has been my cup of tea ever since I got these three products. It promises to provide effective, long-term hydration for skin during the night by helping to improve skin's own natural protection mechanism. This is much richer and thicker cream, but still doesn't give a greasy feeling. Like everything else from Arctic Aqua line it smells like fresh spring water and also acts like it when applied before going to bed. It manages all the drier patches and complexion feels so soft, bright and naturally hydrated afterwards. Results are present immediately and even more after few uses.

Overall I love this line and as I said love Lumene even more than before. Lumene Arctic Aqua skin care definitely focuses on the fact that good skin care should be simple and supportive for skin's own protective barriers. It will be perfect addition if you have tried everything on the market or just starting out with the whole routine and taking care of your skin.

It is still great summer going on here and that affect definitely my wish list, where everything looks light and bright. 5. L'occitane Angelica Protective Lotion SPF 15 is a fresh light textured moisturising day lotion infused with real organic angelica from France. I can imagine how perfect it would be for morning skin routine with its freshness, protectiveness and boosting effect.

6. Bourjois Cream Blush in Nude Velvet looks like a perfect nude coraly pink shade. I am more and more into cream blushes and can't fancy them enough. They are fuss free to apply, stay on very natural and leave such a polished look on cheekbones. 

7. Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Kohl Liner in Nude is a creamy long lasting liner in a variation of colours. I would opt for a nude shade to brighten up the eye area and waterline whenever needed.

8. The Balm Shady Lady Vol 2 Eyeshadow Palette. Apart from cutest packaging The Balm tends to have wonderful quality and colour payoff so this eyeshadow palette would be amazing for autumn. These shades are perfect for everything: from neutral eye to more dramatic look.

9. Jenoris Pistachio Oil Hair Treatment is full of Omegas, vitamins and fatty acids. Perfect for frizzy dry hair as a pre styling product or nourishing oil treatment before washing your hair.

10. SteamCream 3in1 Moisturiser Scarlet Tin is a lightweight all purpose moisturiser in a sleek handy tin. All SteamCream moisturisers are handmade from unrefined steam and floral extracts. Not to mention that all their tins are to die for!

Regular exfoliation is the key for a good looking healthy skin. It is also important to choose the right consistency, abrasiveness and texture to match your expectations and skin's needs. I have tried a tube of Elemis Gentle Rose Exfoliator for about a month now and decided to form my thoughts on it into a separate blog post.
