Have you noticed how many detoxing teas there are on the market? When you read a blog or two or follow some bloggers on Instagram you probably have seen some kind of teas being published, that all in all promise to cleanse your body. A lot of them won't feel natural enough to actually cleanse your body in a pure way. How can you do good for your system if you are soaking teabags that have been bleached in your tea cup? Yes, bags are easier, but loose tea gives you whole another tea experience. Teazy have come up with 14-day and 28-day detoxing systems and they actually call it 'teatox'. Here are my views on their two week regimen in order to cleanse your body and maybe soul too.

The 14-day teatox comes with two separate boxes. One of them is aluminum tin box that holds loose morning tea and other one is a sleek yet simple cardboard box that holds the night-time tea. These two should work together and complete each other. The promise list of these these are quite long. Teas not only promise to taste pleasant, but also to shake your body in a good way. You should feel more alive, have more energy, sleep better, have faster metabolism, feel less hungry and have a cleansed fresh body. That may or may not be the perfect start to start eating clean and exercising. It is up to you!

Ingredients wise, it is pretty rich and something for even the neediest tea drinker. It contains mate tea, ginger root, ceylon cinnamon, fennel, vervain, aloe, nettle, red currant leaves, peppermint leaves and ginseng. This concoction has vitamins, minerals, a lot of ingredients to cleanse your body from toxins, boost metabolism and immune system, protect nervous system and give you energy in a natural way. 

While I am a true coffee lover I didn't gave up my morning coffee, but this tea still had a solid place in my day. I usually drank it around the afternoon when I felt I needed another caffeine fix to carry on. This tea tastes amazing and I can imagine it being great option instead a morning coffee. It didn't give unnatural and immediate energy boost, rather much needed strength. It didn't upset the stomach, but at the same time you could feel your metabolism being a lot faster. In few days of drinking this tea many usual cravings, especially the unhealthy ones, will be gone. I associate this with getting the much needed nutrients and minerals from the tea and therefore my body is more satisfied. Unfortunately cravings will come back when you stop drinking the tea, but that is normal, because we are human. I am also pretty sure that this tea helped with my skin clearing up. Because of this I have been foundation free more than usual.

This tea had a lot more neutral taste to it. It wasn't as fruity or zestful, but rather comforting and calming. How it affected me? I didn't knock me off immediately, but set the perfect mind and mood for going to bed. Few times it helped me with the sore throat and a headache. Overall I did sleep like any other night, but noticed waking up earlier so I can imagine I needed less sleep to get rested. Not to mention I am usually the one who needs so much sleep in order to feel myself decent. Surprising!

In conclusion I would recommend it to everybody who needs a little pick me up in their health department. It am sure it won't harm you, make you feel bad or leave you unimpressed. These teas have to be the most multifunctional I have tried. If you can't feel one certain effect it promised, there's still whole list of things you can experience and be pleasantly surprised. It is also powerful, yet so gentle and caring to ensure you feel yourself your best.

My recent 'flavour of the month' as long as lip products go has been L'oreal L'Extraodrinaire Lip Colour in 'Rose Melody'. When I chose the shade, I was trapped as every bit of the colour selection was perfect. There were no shades at all I didn't like and this is probably because of an amazing and opaque colour pay-off that the product provides. 

L'oreal states that you can get the smoothness and shine of the lipgloss and colour pigment of the lipstick. While it doesn't necessarily cancel out all the natural pigment of the lips, it really has a higher pigmentation than any other lip gloss I have tried. The shade will last longer than expected and meanwhile it won't leave lips uncomfortable or sticky.  Overall, it is something I reach for when I am on the go and don't have a time or desire to spend over 10 seconds to do my lips. This is fast, easy and gives you a decent look!

These gems are LUMI bioactive skincare, based on the hemp seed oil that is known to be extremely beneficial for the skin, has been created with the principle to create a cosmetic line that is safe yet effective. Lactic acid is known for removing dead skin cells and impurities very gently. Bioactive herbal extracts will soothe the tired skin and support cell renewal. Afterwards you just need to rinse it off with warm water and you are left with clean smooth face that is ready for moisturising. There will be no tight feeling yet no greasy residue at all. Skin will be balanced, clean and so comfortable. 

Whenever I feel I need to clean out my pores and problem areas even more, I let this cleanser sit on my skin few minutes before rinsing it off. It works magic on my pores and makes them clean, appear smaller and smoother. 

Overall I think everyone who has even slightest skin issues should step aside from harsh cleansers and look into something like LUMI does. When choosing these cleansers you won't have to give up on completely clean finish you like after you have washed your skin. These ones are so effective and at the same time their gentle ingredients won't aggravate any more skin problems like redness, blemishes or sensitivity. Considering the price point, the amount you get and the concentration of the products, it isn't a splurge, but rather nice thing to do for your skin.

This summer I decided to got something more natural when it comes to suncare. I haven't had organic sun products before and Biosolis seemed to be a perfect choice. It isn't plain as many organic products tend to be and therefore you can get totally clean suncare products that at the same time are innovative enough to cover your specific needs. Biosolis range of products is pretty wide, but I chose two products that suit me perfectly and have been using throughout the summer.

Two totally different products both come in neat and high quality bottles with a spray cap on top. They hold much, but are small enough to carry in your bag or fit into drawers when not needed. 

Darker brown bottle holds Biosolis Oil Spray with SPF 6 in it. It is perfect to use when your skin has already been exposed to the sun and you don't need very high sun protection anymore. That been said, it still protects the skin perfectly and moisturises the skin while allowing it to get an even tan. 

It contains natural oils of Sesame seed, Jojoba, Argan, Rapeseed and Karanja seed which contains an ingredient called pongamia which increases the protection and broadens the UV spectrum for even better protection. While it is oil formulae it isn't greasy and sinks right into the skin, leaving it smooth, beautiful and even toned. This spray oil is slightly tinted so it will beautify the skin and leave the appearance of deeper tan immediately after application.

The other product is Biosolis Self-Tanning Spray. While you can find truly organic sun protection when you look good, I haven't had a chance to get my hands on organic self tanner before. First time using it, I wasn't sure about it as all the great tanners that are easy to use, don't smell and deliver the even application, tend to be full of chemicals. 

So I hoped for the best, but didn't know what to expect. The consistency of it is a milky lotion that goes on really smooth like any hydrating body milk does. It comes out slightly bronzed yellow shade, so you are able to see where it goes while rubbing it into your skin. The most satisfying to me was the scent of this lotion, it smells like green tea to me. At all times of the self-tanning process there is no typical self-tanner smell at all. But this product surprised me one more time: the tan it gives is so natural looking, evenly sunkissed while skin is moisturised, soft and smells fresh. Overall I love this product. As it feels very luxurious and works something like higher end product would, I don't use it too often right now. Mainly because I imagine how great it would be during winter time when I desperately need a warmer shades on my body. It works perfectly whatever the shade of your skin is and gives you a natural healthy tan while also taking care of your skin and beautifying it. 

Whenever I finish one of the face masks, I have to try another one. Recently I have looked into Lush ones and so I got Lush's Cosmetic Warrior fresh face mask into my hands. It has ten ingredients that make it perfect for troubled skin to combat any spots, balance skin, cool down the skin and moisturise while gently cleansing.

First of all, this mask can be weird at first as it contains fresh garlic and behind the scent of tea tree oil you can actually sense the garlic too. I wasn't bothered by it as garlic is great antiseptic and skin purifier. The garlic in it is quite gentle and even though you can feel little minced pieces of it in the mask it won't be overpowering at all. The main scent of this mask is refreshing tea tree oil.

This kaolin based white mask is creamy and extremely pleasant if your skin is inflamed or having breakouts in general. It makes skin feel comfortable and while working on your skin you can feel the slight cooling, cleansing sensation in a moisturising creamy texture. 

What else does it contain? It has fresh green grapes to clean and cool down the skin, fresh organic free range eggs to tighten the pores and skin's texture, moisturising and antiseptic properties of a honey, fresh garlic to deep cleanse and tea tree oil to fight spots and bacteria. 

All this goodness make it so perfect and easy to fight with skin problems and only within one 15 minutes use you can feel your skin is clearer, smoother and can breathe better than before.

Coming in a shiny sleek pearl white bottle with so handy cap on top and containing 200ml of a creamy white uniquely and expensively scented balm it is my hero product when dealing with frizz and combating it until the next hair washing day. It is Neäl & Wolf Smoothing Blow-Dry Balm that is meant to help all hair types. Shortly, its name is SILK.

SILK puts an end to tangles and frizz. Hydrating wheat protein complex provides moisture, balance and manageability. Applied to damp hair prior to blow-drying, the result is sleek, straight and silky-smooth. Tiniest amount of the balm will do its job without any questions asked. 

Yes, it really works the best when you decide to blow-dry your hair afterwards, but I tend to skip that part very often and settle for the balm only. Whenever its humid outside I get the most out of this product by applying little bit of SILK into my second or third day hair when its dry. There are no rules when using it, just what works the best for you.
