How to survive these cold months? By adding sparkle into your life and mixing things up! Good place to start is your manicure. I have been obsessed with black combined with nudes and greys... or just plain yet sleek black polish on nails.

Good way to add some character and make things more interesting is to get carried away with some sparkle. Having an accent glitter nail is a perfect way to stay modest while being more festive. Being polish junkie and counting my nail polish collection not in separate bottles but kilograms, makes my heart beat faster for different fall shades. I have always loved deeper, darker, hazy grey shades when it comes to it. This is also the time when it is good idea to give nude shades a chance and experiment with the variety of them. There can be so many beige and nude colours, I bet it would be possible to write a book about it. Yes, wearing fall nail polish shades is definitely one of my favourite things about the colder season.... besides drinking hot coffee with joy, owning so many scarves it could be illegal and walking through golden leaves in a way everybody around you can hear it.

Being addicted to nail polishes keeps your eyes always on other people's nails. When you aren't very strict with what you put in your mouth and worry that your busy day gets the best of your meals, it is necessary to reach for vitamins and supplements. It is the middle of the fall right now and even though I am currently out of these tablets, my skin is still happy! I am only left with a bad remembrance of my skin acting up exactly one year ago when the situation was same, temperature dropping, central heating turned on, weather changing.
