very often delicious snacks aren't that good for your health. Foodpower mixed deliciousness with healthiness together and came up with variety of raw food snacks to anybody's taste. Everything they make is handmade, with quality ingredients and raw. Therefore it contains lots of powerful ingredients that haven't been processed and are ready to go into your body. As Foodpower's taste selection is wide I jumped right into it and tried many, many snacks in a period of time. Now I have picked out three of my favourites with desire to introduce them to you. One of these beautiful red glossy packages holds salty raw snacks and two reveal sweet berry snacks.

Being little bit doubtful at first I didn't expect any of these to be amazingly tasty or something I would eat regularly. Raw, having shortest ingredients list ever (garlic snacks contain flax seeds, cabbage, tomato, garlic, onions and natural seasoning) made me curious, but not sure if it would be something I would enjoy.

And I was certainly surprised! As I adore saltier snacks over the sweet ones I absolutely adore these Foodpower garlic snacks. They have just the right amount of taste and crunch to them, taste of garlic isn't overpowering and while eating you can absolutely forget it contains cabbage or flax seeds. It tastes like any good high quality chips if not even better. Meanwhile you can be confident as you know flax seeds along with other ingredients are healthy, good for metabolism and overall wellbeing. And dollop of garlic will keep those winter time colds and viruses away. Definitely worth having again!

On the sweeter note! I also had blackcurrant roll-ups and blueberry buttons - both seem very similar, yet very different when you taste or even look at them. Roll-ups contain only three ingredients: berries, banana and vanilla. Slight taste of banana kicks in at first, then you can feel the actual taste of berries in a soft texture of the melting fruit roll. It reminded me so much of a real blackcurrants and it was amazing to get the taste of it in your mouth in the middle of the winter. 

Buttons on the other hand would suit to the persons who like sweets, but don't want to eat unhealthy while enjoying sugary snacks. These are made of whipped egg whites and real berries along with unrefined sugar. Although it contains sugar, containing 50% of real berries taste didn't feel artificial or too sugary at all. Meringue-like texture gives you the feeling of a guilty pleasure, but after you have finished the package you have the strong aftertaste of berries in your mouth. 

If your daily food lacks of good fibre, vitamins, enzymes, minerals along with other powerful ingredients and you can't bring yourself to snacking on fruits or vegetables, these are definitely treats you can munch on without feeling bad or guilty. 

Beauty certainly doesn't only come from skincare, nutrition plays pretty important role in the condition of our skin, nails and hair. When you aren't very strict with what you put in your mouth and worry that your busy day gets the best of your meals, it is necessary to reach for vitamins and supplements. The best you can do while taking additional nutrients in a form of a tablet, is to search the greatest natural options that doesn't harm your health in any way. This concoction has vitamins, minerals, a lot of ingredients to cleanse your body from toxins, boost metabolism and immune system, protect nervous system and give you energy in a natural way. 

While I am a true coffee lover I didn't gave up my morning coffee, but this tea still had a solid place in my day. I usually drank it around the afternoon when I felt I needed another caffeine fix to carry on. This tea tastes amazing and I can imagine it being great option instead a morning coffee. It didn't give unnatural and immediate energy boost, rather much needed strength. It didn't upset the stomach, but at the same time you could feel your metabolism being a lot faster. In few days of drinking this tea many usual cravings, especially the unhealthy ones, will be gone. I associate this with getting the much needed nutrients and minerals from the tea and therefore my body is more satisfied. Unfortunately cravings will come back when you stop drinking the tea, but that is normal, because we are human. I am also pretty sure that this tea helped with my skin clearing up. Because of this I have been foundation free more than usual.

This tea had a lot more neutral taste to it. It wasn't as fruity or zestful, but rather comforting and calming. How it affected me? I didn't knock me off immediately, but set the perfect mind and mood for going to bed. Few times it helped me with the sore throat and a headache. Overall I did sleep like any other night, but noticed waking up earlier so I can imagine I needed less sleep to get rested. Not to mention I am usually the one who needs so much sleep in order to feel myself decent. Surprising!

In conclusion I would recommend it to everybody who needs a little pick me up in their health department. It am sure it won't harm you, make you feel bad or leave you unimpressed. These teas have to be the most multifunctional I have tried. If you can't feel one certain effect it promised, there's still whole list of things you can experience and be pleasantly surprised. It is also powerful, yet so gentle and caring to ensure you feel yourself your best.

If someone would have told me few months ago I would choose alternative hot drink over coffee, I would have laughed at them and continued to act as a coffee addict, always thinking when could I get another cup of coffee. Sometimes it even ruled my life too much, but I couldn't give up. I love the taste of coffee, the smell of coffee, the idea of coffee and the variety of coffee drinks you can get. 

When you usually enjoy green tea and throw away the tea leaves, then with matcha you will consume everything. This means 137 times more antioxidants than regular green tea! There are so many benefits in a good cup full of matcha. It boosts metabolism, clears up skin when you are prone to redness and spots and improves skin in general. Improves energy levels, nutrient balance and weight control. Green tea is extremely anti-aging when you drink it regularly. The most important factor to me is the fact that I get my needed caffeine without anxiety since I suffer from it. 

Basically you take 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder and mix it with hot water in a regular tea cup or make a shot with juice and take it in at once. I prefer to drink it as a regular tea and since green tea can be little bit bitter, I like to add a little amount of organic local honey in it. Matcha creates little foam on top of it, but when you are pickier than me, you can always whisk it and create even more foam and enjoy your creamy foamy power drink. 

The benefits of matcha kick in quite fast. I usually feel the rush of energy right after I have finished with my drink, but still I will remain focused. I also noticed I won't feel sluggish afterwards when the effect of the caffeine has faded. It happens quite often with coffee consumption: you will feel yourself like in a rut and afterwards there's no energy at all. In conclusion I did notice in a month that my skin got better and didn't need as much care a pampering in order to maintain its cleanliness. My metabolism got punctual and much faster and overall I felt myself better, stress free and without any anxiety or insomnia.

I am not going to lie, I still consume coffee at least once a day in the morning, but I have cut down on it so much and am proud of myself. There have also been days without any coffee at all after matcha had got more and more near my heart.

About this particular Pure Chimp matcha green tea I love the fact it seems to be so high quality, the powder is very fine, dissolves quickly and only tiniest amount creates quite strong tea. Can't pass on mentioning the handy jar that can be taken with you anywhere without worrying about spilling your matcha.

Beauty and wellbeing comes inside out! Therefore I have little bit different post for you today. It is about oil pulling. I did hear about oil pulling few years ago, but basically didn't pay much attention to it or its benefits. I thought I couldn't be bothered with it and moved on. Few months ago I came across an article on oil pulling and this time it caught me immediately. I started doing my research on it and decided to give it a try. Now I just can't stop and love it so much.

As it is great for overall detoxing and body cleansing I have personally noticed smoother, brighter and clearer complexion, so much more energy, less congestion and better sleep. So far so good!

Main things to remember from oil pulling: do it in the morning, do not swallow or gargle with oil, do it with cold pressed oils.

I had the opportunity to try out three tea sample packs of Marble & Milkweed teas that hold quite much of a product inside. I got more than couple tea cups out of ever pack from set so I got to decide which one is my favourite. And oh how good all these three were!

I really like teas and I am always observing/browsing through tea isles when I am in different shops. More than anything I love natural loose teas, because I believe it it healthier and you can get more goodness out of it. It is actually not hard or inconvenient to use loose teas at all- I love the process itself and it is making the whole tea drinking experience wonderful.

Depending on the tea you get about 1tbsp of tea, put it in your cup and pour hot (not simmering) water on it, let it steep and then strain it with special loose tea strainer or regular little strainer you have in your kitchen.
